Thank you for shopping with The Pantry. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipping processing time

All orders are shipped via Hellenic Aiolos Courier and are being processed for Greece and Europe within 2-3 business days from 9.00-18.00 (working hours). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Once you have selected your delivery option at Checkout, you will be given an

estimated delivery date.

Please note for both UK and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to

situations beyond our control, for example: Brexit, Custom delays, adverse weather

conditions or unexpected increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will

update you if anything changes with your order.

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs,

quarantine fees or warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These

charges are separate from your shipping charges, and you will be billed directly from

them.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Pantry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Pantry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If the order you have received is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For specific products, like jewelry, we recommend you add Insurance from the Shipping services, with an added cost.
